Our platform highlights designers whose work demonstrates innovation, craftsmanship, and cultural depth. Participation is extended by invitation only through our curated selection process.

At Rise, we collaborate with designers who see fashion as both craft and cultural expression. Each season is guided by intention and precision, producing showcases that elevate independent design.
Our presentations take place in leading global fashion cities and are shaped by designers whose vision, construction, and storytelling reflect a high standard of artistic integrity.
Case Study: Randy Knox Andrus
Randy Knox Andrus, an FIT graduate, collaborated with Rise Fashion Events for his SS26 debut during New York Fashion Week. His grey sculptural dress first appeared on the Rise runway, where it stood out for its architectural silhouette and refined craftsmanship.
Shortly after the showcase, the piece made its way to Legacy Dumbo in Brooklyn, a creative hub recognized for connecting emerging designers with influential artists. From there, the dress was gifted to recording artist FKA Twigs, marking a defining moment in Knox’s early career and reinforcing the visibility that Rise provides for new talent.

Press Coverage Highlight
TIME Magazine (2023)
Rise partnered with Supernatural Models for their New York Fashion Week debut, an initiative celebrating Indigenous representation in fashion. The presentation featured designs by House of Jow and A.B.O.A. Collective, worn by Native models from the agency’s roster.
The collaboration was later profiled by TIME Magazine in a feature recognizing the agency’s impact and the growing visibility of purpose-driven voices within the industry.

Our SS25 Emerging Designer Showcase was covered by fashion journalist Abby Balter, whose work has appeared in POPSUGAR and The New York Times.

Designer Pathway & Selection
Our process supports designers at different stages of their journey while maintaining high standards for participation. All designers are reviewed holistically, and participation is determined by overall readiness and alignment with the platform.
1. Discovery
We begin with a review of the designer’s digital presence, portfolio, and overall creative direction. This initial evaluation determines whether a designer is prepared for immediate season placement or would benefit from refinement.
2. Invitation
Select designers are invited to advance into our pathway, which may include collection review, cohesive planning, and preparation for upcoming showcases.
3. Collection Readines
Designers whose collections already align with our standards for construction, cohesion, and runway presentation may be invited directly to our New York, Paris, or Milan seasons. Other designers may continue through our American Fashion Lab pathway, which focuses on creative alignment, collection clarity, and preparing their work for future consideration.
4. Visibility
Once approved for a season, designers present their collections through a curated runway experience supported by press, industry professionals, and global viewers.
