1. RSVP Confirmation Policy

  • Binding RSVP: Due to the limited capacity and exclusive nature of this event, RSVPs are binding. If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notice may affect invitations to future events.​

 

2. Cancellation/Modification Policy​

​

  • Deadline for Changes: Cancellations or changes to your RSVP must be made at least 200 days prior to the event.

​

  • Deadline for Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted at least 20 days prior to the event. Due to the exclusive nature of this event, cancellations received after this deadline will not be accepted.​

​

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your RSVP, please email us at info@risefashionevents.com with your full name and RSVP confirmation details. Please include 'Cancellation Request' in the subject line for prompt processing.

​

  • Waitlist Notification: By canceling, you allow us to extend your spot to another valued guest from our waitlist. We appreciate your courtesy in notifying us as soon as possible.

​

  • No-Show Impact: Failure to attend without prior cancellation may affect your eligibility for future invitations to our exclusive events.

3. Transferability

​

  • Non-Transferable RSVPs: Invitations and RSVPs are non-transferable. Only the individual(s) named on the RSVP will be admitted.

​

  • Plus-One Policy: Plus-ones must be pre-registered during the RSVP process and are subject to approval.

​

4. Entry Policy

​

  • ID Verification: A government-issued ID matching the RSVP name is required for entry.

​

  • Dress Code Compliance: Guests must adhere to the elegant chic dress code to gain entry.

​

  • Arrival Time: Late arrivals may not be admitted after the show begins.

​

5. Photography and Media

​

  • Photography Restrictions: Discreet photography is allowed, but no professional equipment (e.g., tripods, long lenses) without prior approval.

​

  • Media Release: By attending, you agree to appear in photos or videos captured during the event for promotional use.

​

6. Privacy Policy

​

  • Data Collection: Your information is collected solely for event management purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

  • Marketing Opt-In: By RSVPing, you agree to receive updates about this event. You can unsubscribe at any time.​

7. Waitlist Policy

​

  • Waitlist Process: Due to high demand, RSVPs are first-come, first-served. If the event reaches capacity, your RSVP will automatically be added to the waitlist.

  • Notification Timeline: Waitlisted guests will be notified of availability at least 20 days before the event.

8. Organizer Rights

  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify event policies at our discretion. Guests will be informed of any significant changes.

  • Right to Refuse Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with the event policies.

9. Communication Policy

​

  • Follow-Up Timeline: You will receive an RSVP confirmation email within 7-14 days. Further event details will be sent closer to the date.
